To register your account on SheltaMart.com, please use the following steps;
1. Click on the Register icon.
2. Insert your email or Phone number.
3. Select buyer or both option.
4. Insert your companies Name.
5. Insert your password and continue.
What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, follow this steps
1. Click on the “forgot your password” below the login bar.
2. Insert your email or username, then click reset password.
3. You will receive an email notification directing you to insert a new password.
4. Insert your “new password and confirm new password”, click continue.
5. Then login.
Why can’t I receive the email verification code?
If you didn’t get the email verification, please note the following situation;
1. Ensure that you input the correct email.
2. Ensure that all the letters on your email are written without no space in between e.g.
sheltamart@gmail.com.
3. Check your device to ensure that the internet connection is still on.
4. Reload your email, so that new mails can be received.
5. You can also resubmit your email.
How to place an order and make payment?
Follow the steps below;
1. Search for a product using the search bar or go to categories to select a product.
2. Compare prices.
3. Check the vendor’s status (Biz Assurance, Trade Security).
4. Send a message to the vendor via live chat or WhatsApp.
5. Then go ahead to pay directly to them.

2. Providing quality and necessary information about the product.
3. Subscribe to our different packages such as Top Ads, Featured Ads, Bumped-up Ads
(optional)
The requirements needed before posting?
Post Pictures taken with Camera
1. Take high quality pictures of your products or goods with your camera
2. Ensure that the picture is very clear, visible and showing the necessary qualities/
details of your goods
3. Put the picture on a white background
4. Then you can post it showing every angle of the products along with its description and
features to your shop on SheltaMart.com
